We have a 100% guarantee return policy. If you wish to return our product for any reason within 30 days of your order you will receive a full refund. If paid by check or money order a full refund will be issued. No refunds are issued for shipping costs and the purchaser is required to pay for return shipments.

Damaged Items: Return the damaged item and we will replace it at no charge.

Shipping/Turn times: Products should ship 5 to 10 working days after receipt of order pending availability. We are working hard to get your orders out at the soonest possible. Our stock is growing and turn times will eventually improve. Our goal is for you to receive your products in a timely manner. Orders under $50.00 will be shipped via US Mail to keep soaring shipping costs to a minumum for our customers. All other orders and display cases will be shipped via UPS ground unless specified differently. If there are any delays you will be notified.
